11 weeks pregnant: Fast facts

Your fig-size baby is around 1 1/2 inches long.

You can't feel it yet, but your baby is kicking and stretching. Your little one's bones are hardening, and tiny tooth buds are forming under his or her gums.

Exercise boosts your health and your mood. Aim for 20 to 30 minutes of moderate activity most days: Walking, swimming, jogging, dancing, exercise classes, and yoga are good choices.
